Bodega x New Balance 9060 'Age of Discovery'

Price: $180
When: Saturday, Dec. 10 at 12 p.m.
Where: Bodega stores and bdgastore.com
What You Need to Know: For its latest New Balance collab, Bodega has provided its take on the 9060. The “Age of Discovery” colorway features a mix of sky blue mesh and suede across the upper, grey hairy suede covering the tongue and heel, brown details throughout, and subtle hits of purple on areas like the topmost eyelets and heel branding. The color palette is meant to match the colors you might see present on a painting from the Renaissance era. A Renaissance era-inspired painting was even created to mark the release that will be featured on the box. The theme is a nod to the various elements from the New Balance archive that were referenced to create the 9060, similar to how Renaissance painters would reference the past to create something new for the future.
